Mr.  Sands please ask the court for the 40 day stay either this afternoon or tomorrow.
Also I need you to list all the arguments you made at the trial, why the notice was defective and thereby the judge should have ruled against plaintiff.
Please give those with my entire file to Mrs. Sands today, so I can pick them up from her tomorrow and please include which of the letters I testified I had seen by exhibit number.

Thank you.

Subject: Statement of Decision

The attached came yesterday afternoon. As you see, Brown simply adopted Brennan's proposal word for word and denied my request for hearing. At the very end, he added "Judgment shall be entered in favor of plaintiff," but it Is not clear whether there now is a judgment against you or whether something more formal is required. Either way, you've got to be prepared for a writ of possession to be issued fairly soon and for a notice to vacate to be served on you.
Having in mind our recent exchange of e-mails, what are your intentions?
Ed Sands
