Regarding the email you sent to Mr.Goldberg as well as to me threatening to throw away my plants. That is the first time you told me where my plants were. Then I got them as quickly as I was able to. Your threats and abusive attitude and language towards me is unbecoming an officer of the court. AND is coming to an end. Now I ask you to pay attention to my claims below.
As you know, I paid $ 5175.50 for return of "ALL" my belongings. Did your client believe I didnt want "ALL" of my belongings? Yesterday, I was given only dead plants and not my Bonsai tree and its expensive holder which was inside the apartment. As I told Roger, either your client took it or when she put it in the back yard, one of the tenants took it. But It's not for me to investigate its whereabouts, for it was in the care of your client. Certainly your client has not dared dispose of my belongings; including the dry food in the cabinets, the food in the fridge, the cloths racks in the balcony, the toaster, large kitchen garbage bin, etc. I demand their immediate return. The food was expensive specialty food from Iran including several large packages of saffron, if they are not returned within 72 hours, I expect your client to pay their value of $2555.55. As well give me a copy of the video your client recorded as several items are missing.

Please note. Nowhere in this email does Mr.Brennen refer to the vast amount of food items that were in Ms. Mobasser's refrigerater. Just as Ms. Mobasser had no idea where her plants WERE until this email she had no idea her food had been thrown away the very day all the rest of her belongings were moved to the storage place. NO mention is made of her food...that is because they were discarded as trash by landlady Rosalie Rumbaum. Ms. Mobasser was not wandering the halls. Rather went there to have dinner with a friend who was her neighbor there.

Allen,
Please inform your client that she has to call Roger to make arrangements to pick up her plants. I was unaware until this morning that the reason her plants were not taken to storage with the rest of her belongings is because the storage facility will not accept anything living, including animals, food, or plants, due to the requirement of care.
Your client’s plants are in the small rec room on the first floor of the building. She can contact Roger to set a time where she can pick them up, along with her medications that are currently being refrigerated.
Additionally, your client was found wandering the halls of the building at 8:30 the other night. Please inform her that if she is not there to visit a specific resident (rather than solicit signatures for her petition), my client intends to call the police for trespassing.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Michael A. Brennan

Dear Mr. Gold and Ms. Mobasser. As you know, my client has been holding Ms. Mobasser’s plants at the apartment building ever since the lockout date. As Ms. Mobasser picked up her belongings from the storage facility but has refused to pick up the plants from the building, we are assuming she has no interest in doing so. If arrangements are not made within 48 hours to pick up the plants, my client will dispose of them in any manner they deem fit, including throwing them away.Sincerely,Michael A. Brennan

Good morning Mr. Goldberg,
Apparently I misunderstood my client. Please disregard my prior email regarding returning Ms. Mobasser’s items, with the exception of her medications should she need them. Instead, my client has directed me to notify you that she intends to comply with the law regarding Ms. Mobasser’s belongings, with the slight exception that she will not auction Ms. Mobasser’s computers or jewelry.
You left me a message yesterday regarding Ms. Mobasser “taking over” the storage facility. In the absence of full payment of the invoice I forwarded to you within the statutory period, my client will auction the property. Ms. Mobasser may not simply take over the storage unit unless she makes payment in full.
Additionally, we are requesting copies of both writs filed previously by your client as well as any papers you end up filing on her behalf.
I will be in and out of the office today. Feel free to call.
Sincerely,
Michael A. Brennan

Good morning Adam,
Ms. Mobasser called my office several times yesterday, notwithstanding our directions and requests not to do so. A staff member told me she expressed a concern about her jewelry.
I have been instructed to inform you that my client is willing to release Ms. Mobasser’s jewelry, computers, and medications (currently being refrigerated) without the need for Ms. Mobasser to make any type of payment. However, any such release will have to go through your office in order to avoid any frivolous accusations of wrong doing. The remaining personal property will be handled in compliance with the applicable statutes.
Please let me know whether you are willing to facilitate and participate in this matter.
Sincerely,
Michael A. Brennan
Nowhere is there a mention of Ms Mobasser's food items because Rosalie threw them away that very day that Ms.Mobasser's belongings...but not ALL her belongings were moved to the storage. Ms Mobasser was under the impression that all of her belongings had been taken to the storage.
