JUDGE BROWN JUST COPIED PLANTIFF'S STATEMENT

When You read this you will know the reason most people in Landlord Tenant cases remove Judge Brown. Except in this case there is a double whammy for the tenant in that Judge Brown was not just landlord pro but also expressed a hateful bias towards this disabled lady. 
This would be a joke if it were not for the ruin of lives this judge causes. This whole statement of decision is ridiculous and just plain outrageous that anyone would write such ridiculous fiction. In the questioning of the witness Deb Daly when defendant attorney asked why she did not move, Judge Brown answered for her and said " I imagine its hard to find an apartment in this economy everything is so expensive ..."  Judge Brown is a shame and disgrace to any pretense of democracy. To the court system where people are entitled to a fair trial. Judge Brown should be impeached.
